Orders are processed within 5 business days. During busier periods (like launch), this may take slightly longer - we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping methods & costs:

• UK Standard: £4.99, dispatched within 5 business days

• International: coming soon

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@nowiknowher.co.uk and we’ll sort it out with you.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our shipping costs.
