Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email - this confirms we’ve received your order, not that a contract has been formed. A contract is formed once we dispatch your item(s) to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. If this happens, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider.
Product information. We do our best to represent our pieces accurately, including colour, fit, and fabric. Slight variations may occur due to screen display or the handmade/small-batch nature of production.

Intellectual property
All content on this site - including designs, photography, and the Now I Know Her name and branding — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability
We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, to the extent permitted by law.
